thank you Valent!! i'm visiting Japan in a few days and my secret plan is to somehow land a job at Studio Trigger then learn the craft for 20 years then take 10 years off to make a 1000+ episodes anime for this. feeling hopeful about it

Really happy to hear another release from you man!
The highlights for me definitely have to be the harmonically rich piano and the clean mix -percussion in general is much cleaner than your other projects.
Can't wait to hear more!

On a side note, the sub 8h project mark you mentioned is impressive, it goes to show the confidence with which you tackled this.

Oh man, you really did deliver on the sound design and overall texture of the piece, I like it a lot!
Mix is also loud and crisp, if a tad overpowering in the mid-low end at times.
That aside, it is certainly unique, great work and good luck with the contest! :)

Dude, I know it's been a while but, oh did I come back to listen to this at the right time. Absolutely adore the syncopation and mixing is great too! You should try bringing out some more melodic background in future tracks, like more chord changes, since I feel the beginning and the drop stabs rested on that one chord a bit too much. Else, this was great, you've come so far!

Funkeh! The song would benefit from a little more variation and I am not particularly fond of the bass in some parts of the mix but it's fun to listen to. Well done!
